Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the Engrave website, operated by sole proprietor Semyon Khanovych, Lukasstraße 1, 52070 Aachen (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"). Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the Seller expressly agrees to them in writing.

4. Conclusion of the Contract
The product representations on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding purchase offer. The Seller may accept this offer by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods within five days.

5. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are final prices excluding shipping costs. VAT is not charged, as the Seller is a small business owner according to the UStG.The following payment methods are accepted:

6. Delivery Terms
Delivery is made via DHL to the delivery address provided by the customer. The shipping costs are clearly stated during the order process. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is approximately 3 working days.

7. Right of Cancellation and Returns
Personalized products with laser engraving are excluded from exchange and return, except in cases of defects for which the Seller is responsible. For non-personalized products, a cancellation right of 14 days from receipt of the goods applies. In case of return due to defects or dissatisfaction, please contact us at info@engrave.biz.

8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from delivery. In the event of defects occurring within this period, the customer has the right to subsequent performance (repair or replacement). If this is not possible or the subsequent performance fails, the customer may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Aachen.

10. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are wholly or partially invalid or subsequently lose their legal validity, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the statutory regulations shall apply.
