Return Policy

At Engrave, our goal is to make each personalized jewelry piece as valuable and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. If your item is damaged, incorrectly engraved, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@engrave.biz. We will do our best to replace it and ensure your satisfaction.

Personalized jewelry is made especially for you. If the item has been made according to your order and you still wish to return it, it may be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Exchange

To exchange an item, please first return the original piece. Once we receive it, we will begin production of the replacement item. Please contact our customer service at info@engrave.biz before returning the item to receive further instructions. If a customer is eligible for a price difference refund, it will be issued in the form of store credit. Cash refunds are not available, and the credit will reflect the difference between the original purchase price and the current price at the time of the request.

Damaged Item

To report a damaged item: Please contact us at info@engrave.biz and attach a clear image of the damaged item along with a description of the issue. You can return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once your order is received, we immediately start production of your personalized items. Please inform us within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it. After this time, we can offer an exchange or store credit. Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Cancellation requests are processed on the day they are received. Engrave reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
