Return policy

At Engrave, we strive to make each piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly engraved, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us at info@engrave.biz within 14 days of delivery, and we will do our best to replace it and ensure your satisfaction.

Personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; if the item is crafted according to your order but you still wish to return it, it may be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original piece first. Once we receive it, we will begin production on the replacement. Please contact our customer service team at info@engrave.biz before returning the item for further instructions.If a customer is eligible for a price difference refund, it will be issued as store credit. Cash refunds are not provided, and the store credit will be equivalent to the difference between the original purchase price and the current price at the time of the request.

Damaged Item

To report a damaged item: Contact us at info@engrave.biz with a clear image of the damaged item and a description of the issue.You can return the item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

After your order has been placed, we immediately begin production on your personalized items. Please notify us within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it. After this period, we can offer either an exchange or store credit. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.Cancellation requests are processed on the day they are received.Engrave reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
